How can I place an order?
Placing an order is simple! Browse our lingerie collection, select your desired items, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the checkout process to complete your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successful.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following secure payment methods:

  • Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • iDEAL
  • Other secure payment options (available at checkout)

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been processed, you may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us immediately at support@erisca.com.

Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible.


2. Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

⚠️ Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, panties, bodysuits, and other intimate items that have been worn or tried on are non-returnable.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We take great care in quality control and packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@erisca.com
  • Include photos of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


3. Lingerie Care

How should I care for my lingerie?
To keep your lingerie beautiful and long-lasting:

  • Hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach, tumble drying, and ironing
  • Air dry flat or hang gently in the shade
  • Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in a lingerie bag or drawer organizer to protect delicate fabrics like lace and mesh

Proper care will help preserve fit, color, and fabric quality.
